These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and 86ph ("86ph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 86ph.vip ("the Platform"). Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 86ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without prior written authorization from 86ph.

86ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 86ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
86ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and circumstances beyond 86ph's control may result in temporary unavailability. 86ph will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
By the Player: You may close your 86ph account at any time by submitting a closure request through the account settings or by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Any active bonus balances at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.
By 86ph: 86ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect if, in its reasonable determination, any of the following circumstances apply:
Upon termination for breach of Terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited pending investigation and at 86ph's reasonable discretion. Where no breach is established, verified account balances will be returned to you after any pending withdrawal deductions.

Changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, by sending a notification to your registered email address or displaying a prominent notice on the Platform upon your next login.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them or your use of the 86ph Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and 86ph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 86ph support. 86ph will investigate all complaints and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
86ph operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight. Regulatory complaints may be submitted to PAGCOR through its official channels as an escalation path beyond 86ph's internal dispute resolution process.
